Return & Refund

Unopened bottles with the cellophane intact can be returned within seven days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened perfumes, unless they arrived damaged.

1. Write to us with your order number.
2. We arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
3. Once it reaches us, your refund is processed within two working days.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original UPI, card or bank account. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
