Can I return a perfume?

Unopened bottles can be returned within seven days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest and still get order updates by email and SMS. An account saves your addresses and keeps your order history in one place.

How do I use a coupon code?

Enter the code in the coupon box in your cart or at checkout. The discount is shown before you pay, and only one code can be used per order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay and Cashfree, plus cash on delivery. We never see or store your card details.

You get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel ships. You can also look an order up with its number and your email on the order tracking page.

How do I choose a fragrance online?

What is the difference between EDP, EDT, Extrait and Attar?

It is the concentration of perfume oil. Eau de Toilette is lightest, Eau de Parfum is richer, Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated spray, and an attar is pure, alcohol-free perfume oil.

How long will a perfume last on my skin?

Our eaux de parfum last 6 to 10 hours, extraits and attars 12 hours or more. Moisturised skin holds scent longer.

How should I store my perfume?

Keep bottles in a cool, dark place away from sunlight and bathroom humidity. Stored well, a perfume keeps for years.

How long does a refund take?

We refund within two working days of your return arriving. Banks usually take 3 to 5 working days to show it; UPI refunds are often faster.

My bottle arrived damaged. What should I do?

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
